Once it was said that COVID-19 was attributed to a certain part of China, violence began to happen not only against the Chinese, but Asians in general.Join Erinn D. Tucker, faculty director for the Master's in Global Hospitality Leadership, along with Janet Cam, owner of Janet Cam Consulting LLC, as they discuss COVID-19's impact on Chinese restaurants.Since the start of the pandemic, there has been an increase in crimes and vandalisms against Chinese restaurants. Since then, the sitting President has passed a bill to expedite the issues that are involved in these kinds of crimes.On top of that, one of the areas that a lot of people don't understand is the cuisine perspective.
